Who are the best in the field of computing? Men or Women?

I think the best in field of computing are the men. Because many of men are taking up the coarse of computing than the women. In my own research many men are graduated in the course of computer than the women who are more on other skills. In my research chart, many men are taking the Bachelor of Science in programming. Many men are wants to be programmer and making data structure. Men’s and women’s brains are made differently: the female brain is hard-wired for empathy, and the male to understand and build systems. Their have a different ideas and skills. We can say that the difference between men and women is being creative. It has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that men (as a group) are superior to women in the scientific & technical fields.  More important than this.  Women simply are not as interested in technical fields.  Look at an engineering program at any university.  It is completely dominated by men. Does anyone actually believe this is because of socialization?? I am sick of the radical feminist attitude that says if any field is not split 50/50 it is because women are discouraged from entering these fields. Give me a break. This is taken to ridiculous extremes when quotas are imposed.  If women have the scores to enter medical school then they should get in.  If they don’t, then that’s too bad.  Society is better served by having the best doctors, scientists, and engineers that we can find.  If that means fewer women than men get to become doctors, scientists, and engineers so what?? Affirmative Action is a dis-service to the women who are good enough.  The way it is now I would prefer a white male doctor because I know they didn’t get through on a quota.  Take away quotas and I would be quite comfortable with a female as my doctor. Women simply are not as interested in technical fields. Look at an engineering program at any university.  It is completely dominated by men. Let’s also make the distinction about men being dominant in a profession and men being superior in a profession. The former being an aspect of a sexist education system and labor market to boot. This _has_ been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The latter is a periled belief held by the most archaic of specimens and has not (because it can not) been proven at all. It is just plain wrong.
